I started my career as a journalist in 1992.

I have been working in the journalism field for almost 30 years collaborating with newspapers, magazines and TV channels.

Meanwhile, I had been creating fashion beaded jewelry myself.

When the newspaper I was working for since 1995 bankrupted because of the economic crisis, I decided in April 2016 to found the bilingual (Greek-English) FB magazine JEWELRYbox to keep on working as a journalist, to network with the people involved in the jewelry world and to express my passion for jewelry. Also in 2017,  I founded again on FB the JEWELRYbooks club, a club for jewelry book lovers.

Μy JEWELRYbox Magazine was a media sponsor of both Greek jewelry platforms: A Jewel Made in Greece in 2017 and Athens Jewelry Week 2017, 2018.

My future plan is to have a website built to promote Greek jewelry history, worldwide.

Founder of the online (FB) JEWELRYbox Magazine

My magazine is a page on FB. It is the only jewelry magazine that is being published only on FB. My aim is to network with people in the jewelry field, to show them my work and to reach a wider audience so as to have a website build in the future. Up to now, my magazine has reached 4000+ organic likes and I feel very proud because I work very hard every day trying to find interesting content, to present inspiring works and to interview artists of international acclaim.
